The materials used for our clocks comes from  Southeast Alaska. Each clock is unique, crafted from yellow cedar, yellow cedar birds eye, red cedar, red cedar birds eye, Sitka spruce or hemlock.  Every clock has a different shape depending on the burl it comes from.   A burl is a section of the tree that has grown around a diseased or damaged portion of the tree.
